The Opportunity

We are a digital-first marketing agency looking for a powerhouse designer to become our in-house design expert. This isn't a "help out" role; this is an "own it" role.We need someone whose design eye is sharper than the founder’s. You are here so that the design department can run autonomously. If you have the skills to execute at a level where we don't have to look over your shoulder, this role will naturally evolve into a Director of Design position.

The Role: Visual Mastery, No Coding Required

Your job is to make our clients look world-class. You are the architect of the aesthetic—this is not a marketing coordinator role with copyrighting responsibility. We collaborate on strategy, build out scope and message, and you run with the design.1. Digital & Web Design (Primary Focus)
High-Converting Layouts & Icons: Designing stunning, user-centric website layouts and landing pages that our devs can bring to life.
Paid Advertising: Creating high-performance ad creative for social and search that stops the scroll and drives clicks.

Content Lead: Designing social media assets, headers, and digital documents (PDFs/downloads) that live on our clients' sites.
2. Video & Podcast Optimization
The "Hook" Expert: You’ll handle basic video editing to make content perform better. This means jumping in to swap out headlines, fixing hooks to grab attention in the first 3 seconds, and performing clean-up edits for our agency podcast.
3. Full Brand Packages (As Needed)
Brand Identity: Developing full brand guides to our spec including logos designed from scratch.

Collateral: While we are digital-first, you should be comfortable occasionally handling the "whole nine yards"—business cards, signage, or the odd vehicle decal for a full brand rollout.

The Tech: Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in video tools (Premiere, CapCut, etc.) for quick-turn social and podcast edits.

Pay: $41,220.85-$81,852.22 per year
