Company Overview:
Our client is a leading construction company specializing in large-scale, mission-critical projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, and infrastructure sectors across Ireland and Europe. They are currently seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design process and ensure the successful delivery of roofing and cladding projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for roofing and cladding projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new hires.
- Review and approve designs for accuracy, compliance, and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring projects remain on track.
- Collaborate with other departments, including package managers and site team, for seamless project execution.
- Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the project execution plan.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in design management for roofing or general construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, particularly Revit, AutoCad, NavisWorks, and other BIM tools.
- Relevant third level qualification in Engineering, Architecture or similar field.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ballylongford, CO. Kerry
