Desktop Support Engineer L1

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.

- Manage hardware repairs and replacements by coordinating with vendors or internal teams.

- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation of assets.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and deactivating user accounts and devices.

- Assist with password resets, email setup, and basic application usage queries.

- Respond to and resolve end-user IT support requests through various channels (email, phone, ticketing system, or in-person).

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Assist with basic network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN.

- Perform software installations, updates, and configurations.
