About the role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Python and React expertise to build scalable web applications and data-driven solutions. This role combines frontend development, backend systems design, and machine learning integration to drive technological innovation across our global organization.

This position combines hands-on technical development with strategic thinking, offering the right candidate an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's digital transformation journey.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using React and Python
• Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python
• Integrate and optimize machine learning solutions within web applications
• Implement data visualization and analytics features
• Design and maintain database schemas and data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Present insights and solutions to stakeholders across all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

• Frontend: Expert-level React JS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Webpack
• Backend: Expert-level Python, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Database: Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases
• ML/Data: Working knowledge of ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
• Cloud: Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Python unittest

Skills & Experience

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis and chatbot development
• Time series analysis and forecasting
• Computer vision and image processing
• Experience with cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) , AWS, or GCP
• Data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• DevOps practices including containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipeline
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field
• Bachelor's degree with additional years of relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Python
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing machine learning solutions in production environments
• Demonstrated track record of successful ML project delivery from conception to deployment
• Published research or significant contributions to open-source ML projects is a plus
