The Link between the Lending Business and Tribes

In Danske Bank Finland’s Lending business area, we are looking for a new specialist to lead various development projects of lending area in collaboration with products- and systems tribes. You will join a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who take care of change and development initiatives and contribute to running the lending business effectively.

As a Development Consultant, you will be an SME of lending processes and products and act as a link between the local business and tribes. Your role is to support the business by translating the business needs for tribe's maintenance and development work.

Your tasks include:

• Creating and preparing local development requirements and business cases for tribes regarding the lending area.
• Supporting tribes in Annual/Quarterly Business Review prioritizations.
• Representing the Bank in collaboration and development meetings with external vendors.
• Planning and preparing yearly regulatory Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) and Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) training for loan advisors.
• Planning and coordinating compliance and audit remarks mitigating actions and process changes in the lending area.

Furthermore, you will participate in many other projects in the lending area. Your workplace is in our Finnish headquarters in Helsinki, where you meet colleagues and stakeholders 3-4 days a week.

We Expect You to Have:

• Previous experience working within tribes or squads and understanding of their operating model.
• Readiness to work with stakeholders from different levels and parts of the business, especially with technology and IT specialists.
• Advanced communication and interaction skills.
• Proficiency both in Finnish and in English.
• Good skills for project or change management.

A background in finance (especially in the lending area) is a considerable asset in this role, but not necessary if you are open to learn.
