DEVOPS EXPERT

We are looking for an Senior DevOps Expert to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role:

As a DevOps Expert, you will drive the enhancement and optimization of Nespresso’s DevOps toolchain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy. You’ll collaborate with Platform and Development teams to strengthen automation, integration, and delivery processes.

In this role, you’ll define and implement DevOps standards, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability and security. Working with the Community of Practice Lead and Product Owner, you’ll help shape technology direction, deliver complex applications, and lead initiatives that improve performance and business value.

In This Role, You Will:

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure components and Applications.
Collaborate with multiple teams to develop the Nespresso DevOps toolchain.
Collaborate in the DevOps community of practice to define and enforce DevOps standards across Nespresso.
Provide expertise and mentor teams in the optimal usage of DevOps principles and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Deep knowledge in the implementation of complex CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Experience in the usage of automation tools, with strong emphasis on Jenkins and Github actions.
Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Groovy.
Experience with Configuration management tools like Ansible.
Cloud expertise, including previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines for Cloud components.
Provides deep understanding of IaC practices and knowledge on deployment practices of Terraform code.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with Infrastructure as code programming using Terraform.
