ACCOUNTABILITIES
ACTIVITIES

Assist in LAQ
Lead to carryout survey, soil investigation, fencing and compound wall construction
Establish Railway feasibility for depot projects
- Establish water availability for project

Project Management
Take lead in design and engineering of Civil Structures, roads buildings and water treatment plants
Preparation of Civil Estimate for project Floating & finalization of various civil tender packages for projects
Ensure timely start and completion of projects
Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors and Site team for timely completion and delivery of various activities based on project schedule.
Evaluate various alternatives and shortlist suitable technologies and vendors
- Finalizing the Concept, Facilities, And Layout plan for each project.

Depot Civil Construction
Review of Drawings, QAP’s and other technical documents.
Ensure compliance to safety practices and standards for safety during construction.
- Project review meetings with project site and consultant
- Periodic site visit to mentor and advise site team for timely completion of project to the required quality.

SAP & MIS
- Process various documents related to Project including MRN/GRN, Service entries, etc in SAP
- Appraise Head Infrastructure and other key stake holders regarding progress of projects

Process development and competency enhancement
Update various processes for infrastructure team functioning.
Enhance the competency and knowledge base of team.
- Guide project engineer civil working at project site
