Dialysis Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Dialysis Equipment Operation:

  
  
  • Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines during treatments.
    
  • Ensure proper function of dialysis equipment and perform necessary troubleshooting.

• 
  Patient Monitoring:

  
  
  • Monitor patients during dialysis treatments to ensure safety and comfort.
    
  • Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
    
  • Assist in managing complications during dialysis sessions.

• 
  Patient Care:

  
  
  • Prepare patients for dialysis by providing necessary information and ensuring comfort.
    
  • Assist patients in positioning and connecting to the dialysis machine.

• 
  Equipment Maintenance:

  
  
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of dialysis machines and related equipment.
    
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.

• 
  Documentation:

  
  
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, vital signs, and equipment performance.
    
  • Document any complications or changes in patient condition during treatment.

Qualifications:

• 
  Educational Qualification:

  
  
  • B.Sc/B.Voc/DME

• 
  Experience:

  
  
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dialysis Technician
