Die Casting Production Shift Supervisor (Mechanical/Automobile)Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Die Casting Production Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate all die-casting production activities during the assigned shift. The ideal candidate should have experience in a die-casting manufacturing environment and the ability to manage production, quality, safety, and shop-floor operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate die-casting production during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
• Manage manpower allocation and improve team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth production.
• Maintain production records and prepare shift reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Die Casting/Manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of die-casting production processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Education

• B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• B.E. Automobile Engineering

Salary

• ₹16,000 take-home (in-hand) per month
