Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll work on behalf of BoomerangFX to execute and manage digital marketing strategies for Dr. Muholland’s clinic in downtown Toronto. You’ll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns aimed at boosting patient engagement, brand visibility, and client acquisition. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in PPC, digital advertising, and experience with Google Ads in a healthcare or clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Advertising & PPC Campaigns: Lead PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to attract new clients and maximize ROI.
- Google Ads Management: Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword optimization, ad copywriting, bid adjustments, and performance tracking.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using data insights to optimize digital strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clinic management to create digital marketing strategies aligned with the clinic’s growth goals.
- Brand Development: Increase brand awareness through targeted digital campaigns tailored to the aesthetic healthcare sector.
- Budget Management: Manage ad spend to ensure cost-effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Client Communication: Work closely with Dr. M and the clinic team to report progress, understand goals, and refine marketing approaches as needed.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Digital Marketing Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, Google Ads, and campaign analytics.
- Healthcare or Clinic Experience: Experience in the healthcare, medspa, aesthetics, or medical fields.
- Google Ads Proficiency: Strong experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid strategies, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data analysis tools to track, report, and improve ad performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively share insights and strategies.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing budgets to maximize reach and ROI.
Nice to Have:
- CRM Experience: Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as HubSpot.
- Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other reporting software.
- Experience in Digital Marketing for Aesthetic Clinics: Familiarity with the unique customer journey and marketing needs in the aesthetic healthcare sector.
- Project Management Skills: Experience coordinating multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.
- Education in Business or Marketing: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Additional Details:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Monday to Friday in Person in Toronto
Salary: $75,000-$80,000 per year
