About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical, results-driven Digital Advertising & SEO Specialist to join our team onsite in Cambridge, Ontario.
This is not an entry-level marketing role. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, analytics, SEO, automation, AI tools, and conversion optimization. The right candidate is deeply analytical, highly technical, obsessed with performance metrics, and constantly testing new strategies, platforms, and tools to drive measurable growth.
You will be responsible for managing and scaling digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon, while also leading technical and on-page SEO initiatives to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion performance.
You should be the type of person who:
- Thinks in data, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and LTV
- Loves digging into analytics and identifying opportunities others miss
- Stays ahead of emerging advertising tools, AI solutions, and platform changes
- Can execute independently and move quickly
- Has a proven track record of driving measurable business growth
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can both strategize and implement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Amazon Advertising
- Continuously improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Build and optimize campaign structures, audiences, creative testing frameworks, and landing page performance
- Conduct advanced A/B testing and performance analysis
- Monitor attribution, tracking, pixel setup, and conversion accuracy
- Analyze campaign data and produce actionable insights and reporting
- Stay current with platform changes, AI advertising tools, and emerging strategies
SEO & Website Optimization
- Lead technical SEO implementation and optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Improve on-page SEO, site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
- Work closely with website and content teams to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor SEO performance using modern analytics and SEO tools
Analytics & Technology
- Use data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Implement and manage tracking systems including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Amazon attribution, etc.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of evolving digital marketing technologies and trends
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns with measurable growth results
- Strong experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Amazon Advertising
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Strong analytical and technical skillset
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to improve ROAS and drive revenue growth
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
Preferred
- Technical degree background (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce brands
- Experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms
- Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Experience deploying Agentic AI tools
- Experience with Helium 10

The role reports to our Marketing Manager and works alongside an eCommerce Coordinator to scale our ecommerce sales enterprise wide.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
