The Role

We're looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join our Nordics team. You will work closely with our Finnish customers with ongoing updates, advice and support technical and content issues of digital assignments. Our Finnish office, located at central Postitalo building, works with 100 listed companies on NASDAQ Finland and you will be the link between our customer's digital communication, the platform it is based on and the website itself, which is also operated internally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage support cases and provide consultative customer support / advice via email and phone
• Update of customers' websites with, for example, text, documents, images, structure and functionality
• Easier bug fixes
• Guide the customer in the interface of the website
• Coordinate, lead and deliver smaller web projects from start to implementation
• Internal dialogue between you and other colleagues within IDX, such as developers and web designers

What we are looking for

• Have a post-secondary education within a relevant filed (such as Finance, Economics or Business Administration)
• Previous work experience in a people facing role.
• Speak and write fluently in Finnish and English
• Good communicative ability and thrive in a role with many contact areas
• Unafraid to take your own initiative and take on new challenges
• Collaborative and process-oriented with the ability to make decisions in a firm and methodical way
• Quality and accuracy is something that describes your way of working
• Good ability to structure and plan your work
