Job Title: Digital Content & Community Executive
Department: Digital Strategy & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Draft engaging captions, post descriptions, and reel scripts (Marathi + English blend) using A.I.
Write content for Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, and YouTube Shorts using A.I.
Collaborate with the video/design team to develop impactful creatives
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain and manage a well-planned content calendar aligned with campaign goals, product launches, and events o Coordinate timely publishing and delivery of content
- Audience Engagement & Community Building: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions o Use polls, contests, feedback tools, and stories to spark conversations and build connection with the Lakshyavedhi.
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content writing or execution
- Strong command over Marathi (spoken and written) and English
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, Story formats, YouTube Shorts, and content trends
- Familiarity with Canva, basic editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms is a plus
- Self-driven, creative mindset, aligned with Lakshyavedh’s vision and voice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
