Description:
About the role

Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, you will collaborate closely with the in-house creative and marketing teams. You will execute content and campaign creative across multiple market-leading national retail brands within supplements, women’s health, beauty, skincare and personal care.

Key responsibilities will include:
Designing high-quality assets across paid and owned digital channels, with a strong focus on social-first formats (Meta, TikTok, retailer platforms, EDM and web).
Interpreting briefs and design direction to produce clear, consistent and on brand creative, including edits to existing master assets, retailer-specific adaptations and multiple format variations.
Maintaining strong visual consistency across campaigns
Staying across social, content and platform trends

Skills and Experiences:
About you

• Degree or advanced diploma in Design
• 2+ years' experience preferably in a creative or in-house agency
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Photoshop
• Confident use of Figma for digital design, presentations and collaboration
• Experience designing social content and platform-native formats (Motion/After Effects advantageous)
