Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Manager (DCEM) to oversee end-to-end customer engagements and manage the delivery of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, Private Cloud Edition. The role involves managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and service delivery to project initiation, change management, and renewal support. The DCEM will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer onboarding and sales-to-service handovers.
- Conduct digital service kick-offs and periodic service reviews.
- Ensure the delivery of services within scope, budget, and milestones.
- Handle escalations and critical customer situations in collaboration with incident management teams.
- Support technical requirements, release, and maintenance activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction surveys and manage SLA-related cases.
- Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to enhance customer success.
- Document and update knowledge procedures and training materials.
- Plan and execute competency development initiatives and continuous learning programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years as an SAP technical consultant, with at least 2+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, IT support, or IT services).
- Proficiency in SAP Basis and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
