Do you have a passion for creating engaging, exciting visual experiences? Can you spot typographies with the naked eye? Do you have a desire to make everything pixel-perfect? Are you ready to try something new at a different kind of agency? Then you might be the Digital Designer we’re looking for.

What will your day look like?

As our new Digital Designer, you will work on CRM and loyalty projects for several global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their businesses.

You will create creative content in various forms with tasks that include:

  • Designing and defining visual guidelines and master templates for CRM.
  • Advising on design and visual identity of content used in direct marketing channels such as emails, SMS, apps, paid and social media, and loyalty programs.
  • Creating content assets for set templates within existing design guidelines.
  • Visualizing strategies and customer journeys and ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
  • Sparking an interest and increasing engagement with millions of customers every week.
  • Being comfortable with digital illustration (in vectors or in any other digital way).
Who are you going to work with?

At our office centrally located in Copenhagen, you join a team where designers and copywriters work side-by-side with communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers and project managers. You will get plenty of opportunity to apply your expertise and experience while further developing your professional skillset. The working climate is geared towards letting great minds produce brilliant work.

What do you bring to the table?

You are down-to-earth and enjoy fast-paced work environments. You can fit into a tight-knit team, while working independently on multiple projects at the same time – with team feedback and involvement. With your organised and detail-oriented approach, you play an active role in projects, from initial idea generation to execution and approval. You have at least five years of relevant experience, and you always work to deliver the best possible outcomes despite any challenges that may arise.

In addition, you are:

  • Highly skilled in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator and preferably Adobe After Effects.
  • Comfortable working in PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Generative AI tools and comfortable with prompting.
  • Able to produce strong graphic design concepts as well as reinterpreting existing brand assets.
  • Able to adhere to brand guidelines, but also good at seeing and seizing opportunities.
  • A pixel perfectionist with a creative mindset – even within more restricted frameworks.
  • Good at working in a high-paced environment, and can deliver beautiful, flawless, and innovative content.
  • Good time management, a proactive mindset, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and questioning difficult briefs.
  • Always on top of the latest software, trends in digital marketing and Generative AI tools.
  • Social, open and enjoy working with different colleagues and projects at the same time.
  • Experience with illustration a plus.
  • A high degree of fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
