Role Overview

We’re looking for a digitally savvy and commercially minded Digital Growth Specialist to drive growth across our direct-to-consumer channels and also support the marketing Manager in the rollout of our general marketing campaigns across all marketing channels in order to activate our Integrated marketing strategy . This is a key role that sits at the heart of our marketing team, bridging ecommerce performance, digital optimisation, and marketing campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for managing our website, driving digital campaign activations, leading SEO and CRO strategies, and optimising our digital spend with agency partners. You’ll also play a pivotal role in our TikTok Shop strategy, along with other marketplaces, ensuring we engage and convert our growing social audience.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Website Management

Manage and optimise the brand website, ensuring it’s visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with campaign activity.

Activate product and seasonal campaigns onsite (landing pages, banners, content updates).

Oversee SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and content SEO) to grow organic traffic.

Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and UX improvements.

Own and deliver the TikTok Shop strategy (product uploads, exclusive offers, and live shopping activations)

Marketing Strategy

Support the Marketing Manager with planning and rolling out campaigns across our full marketing ecosystem.

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

Manage day-to-day relationship with the digital agency to optimise paid search, paid social, display, and other channels.

Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI and efficiency.

Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver engaging, high-performing creative assets for campaigns.

Data, Analytics & Optimisation

Analyse ecommerce and digital marketing performance using metrics such as traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, and CAC.

Produce regular reports and actionable insights to inform decisions across digital and retail marketing.

Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity, recommending new channels and tactics to test.

Key Skills & Experience

2+ years in a digital marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing role (ideally in beauty, FMCG, or DTC brands).

Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify).

Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital best practices.

Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and/or working closely with performance agencies.

Confident using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify analytics, etc.) to drive data-led decisions.

Knowledge of TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms is a plus

Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
