The Digital Identity Consultant is responsible for striving to improve our client’s security posture through delivering critical Digital Identity solutions and outcomes. Digital Identity Consultants will lead small projects or be part of large engagements end to end delivery engagements, supporting our senior digital identity specialists and empowering our Digital Identity Analysts to perform to their maximum potential.

About The Role:
In this role you will be accountable for:

• Demonstrate sound understanding of the Tesserent Cyber 360 strategy and its alignment to client needs to drive opportunities and deliver multi service engagements

• Establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with Client’s by using your in-depth consulting experience in security technology, Digital Identity, and end to end project delivery

• Ensure performance objectives are defined for each Digital Identity Analyst within the team, including establishing KPIs, personal development plans and training needs.

• Work across a diverse team to understand their individual strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.

• Ensuring the company’s Digital Identity projects and assessments are compliant to industry recognised security standards as applicable such as NIST SP 800-63.

• Perform various Digital Identity services including but not limited to:

  • Digital Identity Architecture and Design for Customer IAM and Workforce IAM.

  • Cloud Digital Identity, including AWS, Azure, Google, Ping Identity and Okta

• Provide quality reports for the client suitable for both executive and technical audiences describing findings, outlining risk levels, compliance maturity and recommendations for remediation

To be successful in your role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP Cloud Platforms and Cloud Digital Identity technologies.

• Ability to apply best practice frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ASD Essential Eight.

• Ability to apply best practice technology frameworks such as CIS benchmarks for AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Ability to develop and use the company’s methodologies to provide effective Digital Identity advice and services.

• Ability to articulate business implications and risks in relation to the business.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain concepts.
