Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Digital & IT Business Partner:

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and end-users to analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Proactively implement innovative solutions to improve system usability, performance, and overall efficiency, challenging the status quo and driving process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct outcome assessments and measure return on investment (ROI).
• Coordinate with internal and external IT teams to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a change facilitator, guiding business teams in adopting new technology solutions.
• Lead change management efforts, including solution design, development, testing, implementation, and user training, to ensure a seamless transition.
• Continuously enhance IT systems and implement best practices to meet evolving business requirements, improving operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain business reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide timely support for system-related issues, ensuring business continuity through proactive troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, application features, and industry best practices to maximize system potential and business value.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or IT solutions, with at least 2 years in project implementation and process improvement.
• Experience in collaborating across departments to optimize and integrate business processes.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and best practices.
• Ability to anticipate business needs and leverage technology for improvement.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow automation tools, including RPA or BPM solutions, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, preferably in distribution or logistics environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for database management and SQL querying.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to business applications, system configurations, and integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach to working across teams to ensure effective IT-business alignment.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
