About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in planning and executing online marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and converting prospects through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve organic rankings and visibility.
  • Create and manage content across channels (blogs, emails, social media, landing pages).
  • Run email marketing campaigns including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.

Nice to Have

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Video marketing or YouTube Ads experience.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
