Job Title: Business Development Manager - Ad Specialist
Role Type: Contract (6 to 8 months)
Compensation: ₹17,000 per month (project-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Campaign Management: Conceptualize, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Platform Expertise: Actively manage and test ad budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Target Audience Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn’s advanced targeting tools and other platform analytics to reach the specific buyer personas for the Writ of Cursor.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, A/B test ad copies, and track Cost Per Click (CPC) to ensure maximum return on investment.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience running, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns (portfolio/case studies required).
- Deep understanding of audience behavior and targeting tactics on Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Strong ability to track key performance indicators and report on the overall health of the marketing funnel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
