Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a hands-on, organized and proactive team member to support our e-commerce operations, digital marketing, administrative tasks, customer experience and in-person events. This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday–Friday.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns within approved budgets.
- Create, schedule, and manage Klaviyo email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions and customer communications.
- Design graphics and marketing materials for email campaigns, Meta ads and other digital initiatives.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Support PR, B2B marketing, sales initiatives, promotions, newsletters, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain the marketing and promotional calendar to ensure campaigns, launches, events, and communications are coordinated.
E-Commerce & Customer Experience
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including products, inventory, pricing, promotions, collections and website content.
- Monitor online orders and assist with fulfillment, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and high presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, shipping issues and other customer service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support product launches, website updates, promotions, and other e-commerce initiatives.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding production, inventory availability, product timelines, and deliveries.
- Assist with social media content planning and management.
- Coordinate communications and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, partners, and other business contacts.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, documents and other business-related materials as needed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
- Assist with planning and executing trunk shows, pop-ups, trade shows, special events and other brand activations, including event logistics, marketing materials, product preparation and post-event follow-up.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Canva and Excel.
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, jewelry, luxury or a consumer-focused brand.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Comfortable balancing digital marketing with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on position that combines digital marketing, e-commerce, customer service, administration and events. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.
Pay: $65,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
