About Us
We are a growing, forward‑thinking company looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help elevate our brand, drive conversions, and scale our online presence. If you’re creative, data‑driven, and excited by the intersection of marketing, sales, and digital strategy, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview
This role blends hands‑on digital marketing with proactive sales support. You will manage and optimise our online systems—from websites to funnels—while creating compelling content that attracts and converts. You’ll also support sales activities by improving lead flow, nurturing prospects, and ensuring smooth digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Build, optimise, and monitor sales funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns
  • Create and manage automated email flows that nurture leads and customers
  • Produce engaging creative content, including graphics, videos, and copy
  • Analyse marketing performance data and recommend improvements
  • Support sales initiatives by improving digital lead generation and follow‑up processes
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, social media, and conversion optimisation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, or similar)
  • Hands‑on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to create high‑quality content (visual and written)
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and branding
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
