Join our dynamic digital marketing team and play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across web, ecommerce, email, SMS and paid media channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll drive content creation, support website optimisation (SEO, AEO & GEO), coordinate campaign delivery, and provide valuable performance insights through reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Content creation via briefs to content team & workflow management
• CMS/website management, incl. page set up, campaign support, SEO optimisations
• EDM & SMS build & send; database management & segmentation; email journey setup & optimisation
• Ecommerce campaign support and ad hoc activities
• Paid Media management including keyword and campaign support; maintaining relationship and communication/ reporting with external agency.
• Reporting (post campaign reports and monthly reporting)

This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

• 1+ years digital marketing experience, or experience in a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or in a related field beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and external agency partners in a fast-paced environment
• Organisation skills, with previous project management responsibilities of advantage
• Can-do attitude, proactive and curious.
• Passion for digital marketing & eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills
