Digital Marketing Assistant

LOCATION: Home and London Office

HOURS OF WORK: Full-time: 9:15am – 5:15pm (35 hours pw)

CONTRACT: 14 Months FTC

REPORTING TO: Digital Marketing Manager

You will be working and learning with experienced marketers on channels such as email marketing, social media (paid and organic), and display advertising. About us

Premier is the UK’s leading Christian media house. We broadcast Premier Christian Radio nationwide on DAB digital radio, Freeview and online as well as Premier Gospel on DAB radio in London and online. We also publish magazines serving the Christian community, including Premier Christianity, in print and digital editions, as well as Premier Youth and Children’s work.

Our websites have a combined average weekly traffic of around 40,000 visits and provide on-demand audio and video. Premier Lifeline: the national Christian helpline is one of the UK’s top 10 helplines by the number of calls. Premier is wholly owned by the charity Premier Christian Media Trust.

Key requirements

· Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team

· Basic understanding of the basic digital marketing principles including email and social media marketing

· Excellent Communication skills – both written and verbal

· Strong attention to detail

· A good eye for design is desirable

Main responsibilities

· Executing email marketing campaigns

· Implementing display advertising on Premier’s websites

· Managing the digital bookings calendar (email marketing and display advertising)

· Executing organic social media posts

· Reporting on email marketing campaigns
