We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in digital marketing, client communication, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Learn and implement the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms.
• Build and maintain a lead database.
• Reach out to prospects through Calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

Client Communication

• Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Update lead status in Google Sheets or CRM.
• Support proposal follow-ups and sales activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Good computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Confident in speaking with clients over phone and email
• Strong willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team player
• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualification

• Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BA, BE, or equivalent)
• Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
