Role: As a Marketing Intern/Junior Marketing

Location: Pune (Should be open to working in hybrid/WFO mode after 2 months. Will start as a remote job)

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and website articles.
• Create visually appealing graphics and designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Write clear and concise copy for marketing materials, such as press releases, email campaigns, and website content.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and maintain our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Digital Marketing:
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Event Coordination:
• Support in organizing and executing marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
• Manage logistics, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Contribute to brand-building and positioning initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
