We’re on a mission to automate 90% of social media marketing for Indian businesses — from strategy and content creation to publishing, engagement, and analytics. Now, we need someone who can help build virality, buzz, and traction — with or without a big budget.

What You’ll Be Working On-

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll be exposed to every part of marketing:

Social Media Marketing (Organic)

• Plan and execute content that drives reach, shares, and conversations on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Ideate bold hooks, compelling captions, and experiments — not just carousels
• Analyze and improve performance weekly

Paid Growth with Meta Ads

• Help strategize and execute ads that give 10x return on limited budgets
• You should know how to get more with less, not just run boosted posts

Referral & Influencer Marketing

• Design referral strategies that make users invite others
• Find and pitch to influencers and business communities

Webinars, Events & Community

• Plan small events or webinars to educate, excite, and convert business users
• Build repeatable playbooks to drive participation and engagement

Viral + Unconventional Growth Experiments

• Be bold. Be weird. Try what others won't — and track what works
• Think of growth hacks that spark word-of-mouth

You’re a Fit If You...

• Have worked on real marketing campaigns or grown accounts from scratch
• Can think creatively whether or not there's budget
• Know how Indian small businesses behave, post, and decide
• Are extremely accountable — you own results, not just tasks
• Have high learning agility — you change, adapt, and experiment fast
• Are comfortable failing fast and growing faster
• Write smart, crisp content and think in scroll-stopping hooks
