Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Schedule posts, monitor audience interactions, and engage with followers.
• Track performance metrics and help analyze social media data to improve strategies.
• Stay updated on trends, reels, and social media best practices.
• Support the team during campaign launches and brand activities.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to brainstorm creative ideas.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A basic understanding of how major social media platforms work.
• Passion for content creation, digital storytelling, and online trends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, or any social media scheduling tools is a plus.
• Any personal blog, Instagram page, or creative portfolio showcasing your interest in content or marketing is a great advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Amalanagar, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
