Your Mission
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation and overall marketing strategy of our brands. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing data-driven campaigns to engage customers through email, SMS, and social media. Automating and segmenting campaigns for maximum impact, and analyzing performance to optimize results.Managing high-performance digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and Display. Monitoring KPIs and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Optimizing websites and user experience using CMS tools like WordPress. Enhancing SEO and UX, and tracking performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Creating engaging content for websites, newsletters, social media, and print materials like magazines and flyers. Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to produce visuals, videos, and multimedia content that align with brand messaging.
Developing sponsoring strategies and overseeing online and offline communication channels. Coordinating with external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Working with communes (local municipalities, local government bodies) and stakeholders to promote products. Creating marketing materials like flyers and brochures, and building B2B partnerships to expand reach.
Planning and executing marketing events, both online and offline, to engage customers and promote our brands. Ensuring seamless logistics and partnerships for successful events.
Leading marketing projects from conception to execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Staying ahead of digital marketing trends and testing innovative tools. Driving the adoption of AI-driven solutions to scale marketing impact.
Your Profile
A degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.French & English are mandatory, Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, automation, paid advertising, and project management.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, CMS (WordPress or similar), SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and Adobe Creative Cloud. Familiarity with video editing and digitalization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, creative problem-solving, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
