We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our interns in the field of digital marketing. You will leverage your expertise to help interns develop their skills and understanding of various digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques. Your role will be instrumental in preparing interns for real-world digital marketing challenges and ensuring they gain practical, hands-on experience during their internship.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide interns in understanding digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Provide constructive feedback on interns' projects, campaigns, and strategies to help them improve and achieve their learning objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into the internship curriculum.
• Collaborate with the internship program manager to ensure a cohesive learning experience for interns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2 years in digital marketing with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Previous experience in mentoring or teaching digital marketing concepts preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and support interns from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of aspiring marketers.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
