M & Sons Limited is a reputable South Asian Grocery store in Auckland, known for our wide selection of quality grocery products and excellent customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist (Digital) to promote our online products and sales.

The responsibilities include managing and optimizing our online sales platform to drive digital growth, developing and executing strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates, managing product listings, inventory uploads and online promotions, analyzing sales data, enhancing user experience, ensuring timely coordination of online orders and deliveries by liaising with the internal team, customers, and courier services, and collaborating with the team on marketing campaigns.

You will also be required to duties as listed below :

Manage the trading of our online store and direct-to-consumer businesses.

Order management, customer returns, pre-order management, reporting, and website tweaks will all be part of your busy day.

Ensure operational excellence is achieved for all Online shopping order.

Ensure items picked, packed, processed and invoiced for a customer’s order is completed accurately and efficiently by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that best

Practice guidelines for best before/use-by dates, weighted items, restricted items and substitutions are followed

Ensure orders are labelled and checked, stored securely recorded and temperature checked in accordance to Online store policies and operational procedures within a timely manner

Be a crucial part of a small, entrepreneurial team in a fast-growing business.

Directly report to senior management—no layers of bureaucracy here. Good ideas are executed fast.

This role is not for fresh graduates. It suits a confident professional with Degree and 2+ years of experience in the workforce, possessing a strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms and the ability to lead with initiative and innovation.

Skills & Experience

A passion for sales, digital tools, social media, and customer marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of digital and computer literacy.

Highly accurate, with a meticulous eye for detail.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly across projects.

Sound knowledge of product base

Abilities

Seamlessly work across internal teams at retail stores and warehouse and manage relationships with third-party vendors in a collaborative way.

Translate data into actionable insights that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Work closely and collaboratively with a range of people across different functions.

Confidently contribute to the company’s strategy and success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
