About The Role

As we continue to grow our online footprint and embed digital as a key component of our marketing strategy, we are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Based at our Carole Park office, this newly created role will manage diverse digital initiatives, as well as fresh and fun through the line campaigns across Retail and Foodservice channels. The successful applicant will drive engagement, grow our brand and deliver outstanding results!

Key Responsibilities will include:
Manage Sunny Queen social media channels across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and all other new platforms, including content creation, ad campaigns, and performance analysis.
Oversee website updates and strategies to drive traffic.
Plan and execute digital campaigns including EDMs and retail media campaigns.
Plan, execute and manage influencer campaigns.
Develop and implement SEO and AI visibility strategies.
Monitor trends to identify opportunities to optimize impact
Research and develop new digital platforms
Provide support for internal/external presentations.
Support broader marketing initiatives

Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
4+ years’ experience in digital marketing (agency background a plus).
Proven success in social media management and content creation
Strong skills in website management (WordPress) and SEO
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
High level of task orientation and attention to detail

Self-motivated, self-disciplined with the ability to work autonomously
Energetic and proactive with a ‘can do attitude’
A strong creative thinker who loves to challenge the status quo to find growth opportunities
