360 Business Marketing Inc. is a digital marketing agency in Vaughan looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. In-person position. No remote work.

Required: Fluency in English, Proven experience with WordPress, Background in marketing or a strong interest.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Content (35%)-

• SEO content writing/editing/proofreading- exceptional writing skills with the ability to write, edit and proofread marketing content, such as blogs, website pages, and social media posts.

2. Technical (35%)-

• WordPress website management- to create and update websites using WordPress. WordPress experience includes installing/modifying/using themes, plugins, widgets, menus & pages. Experience with WIX, and SquareSpace is an advantage.
• Using Canva to create marketing materials.
• Using Google Analytics
• Support SEO optimization
• Using AI tools

3. Social media (20%)-

• Writing, posting, and managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

4. Customer support (10%)-

• Provide customer support for Digital Marketing Services.

5. Team mentorship – Guide and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Work authorization (Required)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Writing, editing and proofreading across a broad range of platforms; websites, blogs, landing pages, press releases, video scripts, banners, and flyers
• Proven experience with WordPress
• Social media knowledge and experience
• Understanding of SEO best practices and concepts
• Understanding of branding, design concepts, and user experience
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated, 100% reliable
• You need to be able to ask questions, learn fast and demonstrate leadership

Bonus Skills:

• Web development experience
• Experience with graphic design
