Design, develop and implement high-quality innovative strategies to enhance applicant pools for ‘hard-to-fill’ positions across the organisation.


$84,436 - $112,331 per annum + 11.5% super & salary packaging | Temporary Full Time | Health Manager Level 1 | District Executive Office, Warrawong + WFH (hybrid model) | REQ542105 | Applications close: 19 January 2025

As the Digital Marketing Specialist working within the Recruitment Team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to develop, coordinate and implement recruitment marketing and employer value proposition strategies. Using recruitment and social media platforms, you will maximise candidate reach and return on advertising investment.


In this role, you will utilise your creative skills to photograph, video, design and edit content for marketing campaigns, as well as organic social media content. Using your data analytics skills, you will evaluate and report data insights from advertising, marketing and social media platforms to ensure effectiveness and translation to successful hires for the organisation.

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation
