Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who can design and drive the brand narratives for all three companies. You’ll create marketing frameworks that connect technology, real estate, and automation into stories that resonate with customers, partners, and investors.

This role is about strategy, positioning, and execution oversight — not just running ads, but defining how each brand is perceived in the market.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for each company aligned with its business goals.
• Craft brand narratives that highlight Lumenor’s climate impact, Anagha’s premium design ethos, and Morion’s tech innovation.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design go-to-market plans.
• Set up metrics to track ROI and brand awareness across ventures.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and freelancers as needed.
• Lead content strategy — blogs, thought leadership, PR, videos, and events.
• Identify and execute growth hacks tailored to each business.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or growth roles.
• Ability to manage multiple brands with distinct voices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, MoEngage, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• A mix of creativity + data-driven decision making.

Bonus Points

• Experience in climate tech / SaaS marketing.
• Exposure to real estate or premium interior marketing.
• Understanding of automation, IoT, or smart home markets.
• Prior work with early-stage startups.
