Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist & Analytics Lead to join our team. In this role, you will design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies while optimizing marketing operations for maximum impact. You’ll use tools like HubSpot to implement engaging marketing initiatives such as webinars, email campaigns, and funnel strategies, ensuring all efforts align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Campaign Planning and execution for national and international presence: Design and implement digital marketing strategies focusing on webinars, email campaigns, lead magnets funnels, public relations and funnel creation to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Overview and monitor Ads Campaign, that can be outsourced.

- Performance & Growth Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data across campaigns, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to improve ROI.

- Marketing Technology & Automation: - Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader company objectives. Manage marketing tools like HubSpot, CRM systems, and WordPress, ensuring seamless integration and optimized workflows.

- Support in SEO: Collaborate in SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and improve search rankings (SEO is managed internally with a dedicated professional)

- Social media: Manage Linkedin channel and potentially new instagram channel

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years – max 10 years in digital marketing, with expertise in campaign management (webinars, funnels, email campaigns) and marketing operations. Experience in internationalization is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing technologies (CRM, automation tools).

- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into strategic improvements.

- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in English and Italian is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to streamline marketing operations and manage multiple projects effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: Annual gross salary (RAL) between €28,000 and €33,000, based on experience.
