About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Digital Marketing and be capable of training students through hands-on sessions, live projects, and real-world case studies. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping students build successful careers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical classroom training on Digital Marketing concepts.
• Train students in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Conduct hands-on sessions using live projects and industry case studies.
• Teach Lead Generation, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and campaign planning.
• Guide students in Canva, content creation, short-form video marketing, and campaign execution.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Mentor students, monitor their progress, and support them in becoming job-ready.
• Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Basic Technical SEO)
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy
• Experience with Digital Marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Canva and basic video editing skills are an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Passion for teaching and continuous learning

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
