Digital Operations Executive (eCommerce & Online Ordering)
Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week (Flexible schedule)
Dublin (Office based + store visits)
Salary: €24,000 – €29,000
We are a long-established multi-location food retail and quick-service restaurant group expanding our digital ordering and customer experience systems.
We are hiring a Digital Operations Executive to help manage and improve our online ordering platforms, promotions and customer journey across website and delivery apps.
This is a practical, hands-on role focused on improving how customers order, how menus are presented, and how systems work — not a social media content role.
You will work across operations, marketing and customer service, and regularly visit store locations to support marketing rollouts and identify improvements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain online menus, pricing, modifiers and upsells
- Coordinate promotions and product launches with design team
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability and promotion readiness
- Analyse online sales and customer behaviour
- Provide insights to support pricing, menu and promotional decisions
- Improve conversion and average order value
- Support email/SMS automation and loyalty campaigns
- Assist stores with digital ordering issues
- Identify operational improvements using data
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks
Role Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Growth in online sales

- Accuracy of menus and promotions
- Reliable and timely campaign execution
- Quality of reporting and actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in digital systems, ecommerce or analytics
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
- Good written English
- Problem-solver mindset
- Comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment with broad responsibilities
- Willingness to visit store locations
Preferred (not essential):
- 2–4 years experience in ecommerce, operations, hospitality or digital environment
- Shopify, POS systems, delivery platforms, SEO or automation tools
