Digital Retail Coordinator

Then it might be you who we are looking for to join our retail team at our headquarters in Brande. We are currently looking for a maternity cover to take over and maintain the daily tasks and responsibilities of our Digital Retail Coordinator during her leave, ensuring continuity across our digital retail operations.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a dedicated retail team supporting JACK&JONES and JJXX stores in more than 40 markets. With more than 20 colleagues in our Brande office, we cover every aspect of retail, from operations and buying to visual merchandising and digital initiatives. Together, we support over 1,000 stores, continuously expanding and refining how we operate. Our team is international, dynamic, and offers a welcoming environment where collaboration is key.

YOUR ROLE
As our Digital Retail Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for administrative support to keep our digital retail operations on track. You will handle essential day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth communication and reliable service for our stores and franchise partners. Working closely with our markets and supporting our Digital Retail Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining digital performance, managing data, and supporting ongoing initiatives.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Supporting colleagues in over 40 markets with administrative tasks and clear communication.
• Overseeing store review management and maintaining location data.
• Creating and distributing weekly digital performance updates across markets.
• Developing PowerPoint presentations for online and in-person meetings.
• Assisting with the administration of digital platforms, ensuring streamlined workflows and consistent support.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a reliable, service-minded individual who enjoys structure, thrives in a role with defined tasks, and takes pride in delivering quality work that supports the broader team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency are essential. Furthermore, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent organisational abilities with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in video editing and creating visually and engaging presentations – familiarity with InDesign and PhotoShop is a benefit, but not a requirement.

If you have previous experience working in a retail store, it will be considered an advantage.
