We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve monthly sales targets. This is a performance driven role focused on revenue growth and client acquisition.
This position is with a Dubai based company, offering exposure to an international market and diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, field visits, and digital channels
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed sales
- Present products or services clearly and confidently to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow ups
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Confidence in handling client interactions
- Target oriented mindset
- Ability to manage follow ups consistently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in any field
- 0 to 2 years of sales experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills and good English proficiency can apply
