We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve monthly sales targets. This is a performance driven role focused on revenue growth and client acquisition.

This position is with a Dubai based company, offering exposure to an international market and diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, field visits, and digital channels
  • Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed sales
  • Present products or services clearly and confidently to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow ups
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Confidence in handling client interactions
  • Target oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage follow ups consistently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in any field
  • 0 to 2 years of sales experience
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and good English proficiency can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
