As a leader, you lead your team in the development and implementation of strategies for driving and closing opportunities. You contribute to the development of the orchestration model and support your team in organization and participation in Microsoft events. You lead your team to connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact and build and transform new markets by leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and resources.

Responsibilities
- Establish standards for customer/partner experiences and engage with external executives to bring a more strategic perspective into the planning portion of account planning.
- Align the business analysis approach across teams and oversee the end-to-end business across geographical regions.
- Lead your team in growing knowledge and ensure the team's training completions and certification obtainment.
- In addition, as a person-manager, you are responsible for driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.
- Lead your team to identify and track new opportunities. Leverages stakeholders (e.g., account-aligned team unit) to build pipeline within the territory and guide your team to build a network of partners to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell and help the team identify new partners, evaluate partner capabilities and support on-boarding new partners.
- Drive consumption and grow business with existing strategic customers by initiating conversations, guiding others on demos or quotes, and the collaboration with partners or internal teams (e.g., Technical Sales Professionals, global black belts [GBBs]
Qualifications
- Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Solution or services sales experience
- Several years of demonstrated people management experience
