You'll make a difference by:

• Lead Digitalization Projects: Drive the full lifecycle of digitalization projects for manufacturing clients, from strategy to implementation.
• Develop Digital Strategies: Create innovative digital strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs to enhance their competitive edge.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering their professional growth and building new capabilities.
• Project Ownership and Communication: Take full ownership of project success, proactively managing communication and alignment with both client and internal leadership.
• Business Development Support: Actively contribute to business development efforts through coordination and collaboration.

Your defining qualities:

• Digital Project Experience: Possess 6-10 years of experience in managing and implementing digital projects within industrial settings.
• Industrial Technology Exposure: Strong familiarity with industrial technology stacks (Sensors, PLCs, Modbus/TCP-IP, SCADA, MES, ML, Cloud, IoT) is highly valued.
• Project Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading digital engagements as a Project Manager, ideally within a renowned industrial company or start-up.
• IT-OT Integration Knowledge: Experience in implementing IT-OT integration projects involving systems like ERP, MES, and industrial IoT applications.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Industrial Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of various industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
