The Role

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Digital Transformation Manager to oversee and optimise the integration of tools, data, and automation across our Sales and Marketing Operations. This role will also drive data and analytics strategies to enhance decision-making and efficiency across the organisation. You’ll lead a small but versatile & proficient team through streamlining processes and fostering a data-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimise the suite of tools, data systems, and automation workflows critical to company operations.
  • Develop Scalable Systems: Design and implement tools and processes that can adapt to growth, ensuring they remain effective as the company scales.
  • Develop and maintain seamless work process flows, coordinating cross-departmental requirements and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Continuously review and optimise workflows to remove inefficiencies, ensuring seamless cross-departmental operations
  • Collaborate with engineering and internal stakeholders to design and deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Identify, analyse, and implement opportunities for organizational process automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive the development of reporting frameworks to increase autonomy across teams and functions.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively to management and key stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, working closely with teams to identify and execute on business transformation opportunities.

About You


  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing marketing and sales operations with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in data and analytics tools (Segment, Posthog), automation software (Zapier & Hightouch), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a knack for streamlining processes.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding direct reports. Extra bonus if you have experience managing an offshore team.
  • Passion for innovation, with a commitment to driving operational excellence.
