Digital Transformation Project Manager

Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.

The Group is launching an ambitious Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) to strengthen competitiveness and unlock value through data, AI, and advanced digital capabilities. This journey is led by the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), with the mission to design, scale, and industrialize high-impact digital, data, and AI initiatives across the Group.

The Digital Transformation Project Manager will join Bracco’s Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and play a key role in driving high-impact digital and AI initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Officer, the role orchestrates end-to-end delivery of transformation use cases, from ideation and prioritization through development, deployment, and adoption. This role sits at the core of Bracco’s Enterprise Digital Transformation, directly contributing to how digital, data, and AI solutions are scaled, adopted, and embedded across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Guide ideation and prioritization of use case

• Coordinate preparation, development, and deployment of use cases

• Monitor progress, risks, and mitigation action

• Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams

• Support change management

• Document key decisions , issues , and lessons learned

Professional Experience

• 3+ years in business analyst and project management roles

• Strong stakeholder management experience

• Participation in digital / IT transformation initiatives is a plus

• Background in pharma, life science, or consulting is a plus

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field

• Formal training in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus

• Training or experience in Agile project management

Key Competencies

• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Advanced Excel for planning and financial modeling

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Familiarity with Agile methodology (e.g., Jira)
