About the role

As the Digitisation Officer - Preparation you will effectively produce an accurate digital document of our clinical information and contribute to the smooth running of the Digitisation service of our Clinical Records. You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service which including file preparation and document management.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High standard of interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to process large volumes of documents with varying sizes and formatting
  • Ability to focus for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use Digitisation hardware and software
  • Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
  • Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings

Salary range

This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the Te Pūkenga Here Tikanga Mahi Public Service Association (PSA) National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Administration and Clerical Pay Scale between Band 1 $57,291 to Band 3 $63,630 pa dependant on relevant experience.
