We are excited to announce that Oakville Estates Retirement Residence, our newest and most Luxurious residence located in beautiful Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Dining Room Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a state-of-the-art retirement residence and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while helping to shape the future of our newest location!

As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee meal service and special events, ensuring excellent dining experiences and maintaining cleanliness in all eating and service areas. You will also coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
• Completion of a the food and beverage program would be an asset.
• Courses in hospitality and management or equivalent are preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry,
• Ability to manage employees and resources.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience with seniors would be an asset.
• Available every other weekend.
