About the Diploma Qualified Lead Educator Role
We’re searching for a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our team at Bruce Ridge Early Childhood Centre. Description:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Minimum Diploma Qualification in Early Education and Care
The Ideal Candidate would have several years experience as a Diploma/Lead Qualified Educator
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Have a sound working knowledge of the documentation of children's learning and the Early Years Learning Framework Planning Cycle
Responsibilities
In this rewarding role you will undertake the following responsibilities:

Work in alignment with organisational goals, policies, and National Quality Standards to support high-quality service delivery
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children through effective supervision, hygiene practices, and risk management procedures
Create and maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments with appropriate use of resources and sustainable practices
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while engaging in continuous professional development and service improvement
CRCS has zero tolerance for child abuse and are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young children and young people. As part of our commitment to child safeguarding, all employees are required to comply with our child safe policies and mandatory reporting requirements. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their commitment to child safety and undergo rigorous screening processes, including Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) checks.
CRCS also requires all employees to:
Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW) and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
To have completed National Child Safety Training
