Direct Sales Executive ( Electric Vehicle )

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

Experience : Minimum 3 years Sales experience required in Electric Vehicle industry.

Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, resolve any issue to have smooth operations in the market .

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.

Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the business module , policy & registration process.

Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.

Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.

Maintain sales records and provide monthly sales reports.

Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing clients, per dealer sales record , feedback report.

Sales Executive Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.

Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.

Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.

Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
