FULL TIME EVENING SHIFT DSP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY. Wright Way Residential Living is a small family like company with a focus on good company culture and staff retention. We are currently seeking responsible and compassionate caregivers to add to our Wright Way Team. The potential team member will be responsible for working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. We are seeking honest and hard-working team members. Duties are but not limited to cooking, cleaning, daily hygiene and activity interaction with individuals who require total care. We are seeking team members with good work ethic, ambition, and great social skills. Must be prompt and a team player. Must be willing to cross train and travel to other homes within the agency based off the agencies needs.

Job Description

Wright Way Residential Living Direct Support Staff is expected to function as an independent employee trained in providing basic personal care services and oversight of three individuals who require total care throughout the shift in a home setting.

Shift

EVENING SHIFT 3PM-11PM MONDAY-FRIDAY AND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Applicant must live no more than 30 minute drive from 63138/St Louis City or North County applicants desired
• 1 Year Care Giver Experience Required
• Clean Criminal History
• Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable automobile with current auto insurance coverage
• Must be able to work independent without constant direct supervision
• Must be compassionate, caring and family oriented
• Experienced CNA's and NA's preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
